GERMANY & USA brands:
800-41 : is suitable for PCBN,CVD,Cystal,and the temperature is setting about 760℃
850-41 : is suitable for PCD,The setting temperature is about 800℃
Different from other high frequency welding,our vacuum brazing way can save much cost.The vacuum welding flux is used for fitting process to make the PCD, CBN, CVD and other ultra hard inserts in to alloy tools in the vacuum brazing machines. It's only 0.001g of each time can make the very strong strength.These flux could be brazed in the different welding temperature with effectively work.
